    Sweet and Sour chicken



    1 (8 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone Russian Dressing

    3 ib. Broiler Fryer Chicken , cut up

    1 envelope Lipton’s Dry Onion Soup Mix

    1 (10 oz.0 jar Kraft Apricot Preserves



    Combine Russian Dressing, dry Onion Mix and preservers

    Pour over chicken parts which has been placed in a large shallow baking dish

    Bake 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes) at 350.

    Baste occasionally with pan drippings
