Turkey Rolls in Sauce

2 pounds ground turkey (lean)
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
4 tablespoons minced green peppers
1/2 cup chicken bouillon or broth
1 egg -- slightly beaten
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tablespoons white wine Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon poultryseasoning
Recipe
Combine all of the meat mixture ingredients in a large bowl. Mix lightly, but thoroughly.
Shape into 12 or 14 (4-inch) logs. Arrange in a 9x13-inch glass casserole.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in another bowl; pour evenly over rolls. Bake at 350 F. about 35 minutes; remove. Cover the last 15 minutes of baking to brown rolls slightly.
