chicken breast, 1 lb, boneless & skinless
artichoke hearts, 1 can (12 oz), marinated
mushrooms, ½ lb, sliced
green onions, 1 cup, chopped
white wine, chicken broth, or water, ½ cup
olive oil, 1 tablespoon
garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon
oregano flakes, ¼ teaspoon
Amazing Taste® Chicken seasoning, 1 packet
SERVES 4
1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-2 inch strips.
2. Sprinkle ½ packet of Amazing Taste® Chicken seasoning on chicken strips, coating evenly.
3. In a large skillet add olive oil and heat on MEDIUM.
4. Add seasoned chicken strips and sauté for about 5 minutes or until browned.
5. Add all remaining ingredients including the rest of the seasoning packet into skillet, and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.
*Serve over brown rice.
