Drunk Chicken Wings
3 pounds chicken wings
Marinade:
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 large yellow onion, finely minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoon Shane’s hot wing sauce (Available at any Shane’s Rib Shack.)
½ cup dark rum
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place wings into several extra large plastic zipper bags.
Pour HALF of marinade over wings. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Bake wings 15 – 20 minutes in oven at 325*. Finish wings on grill at medium to high heat basting often until slight char marks are visible on both sides.
