Meatball Mix:

12 lb. ground ham
6 lb. ground beef
6 c. cracker crumbs
4 1/2 c. milk
16 eggs
3 c. tomato juice

Sauce:
6 c. water
3 c. vinegar
9 c. brown sugar
6 tsp. prepared mustard



Recipe



Combine meatball mix ingredients. Form balls 1 1/2
inches in diameter. Place in large baking pan. Combine sauce
ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
