1 1lb. package elbow macaroni
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp flour
6 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 lb. extra sharp cheese grate
Recipe
Cook macaroni to package directions. Melt butter in large
saucepan; blend in flour. add milk slowly, stirring constantly,
until mixture is smooth; Cook for about 10 more minutes until
mixture thickens. add salt and 2/3 of the cheese. Combine sauce
and macaroni; pour into two 8x11x2 baking dishes. sprinkle the
remaining cheese on top and dot with additional butter. Bake at
375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. This Recipe Freezes well
