    BLT Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing

    Ingredients:
    Baby Spinach
    Diced Tomatoes
    Crumbled Feta Cheese
    Sliced Red Onion
    Bacon Crumbles
    For the avocado dressing:
    2 ripe avocados
    1 & 1/2 cup of mayo
    1 cup of sour cream
    1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 handful of spinach for color
    Combine dressing ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
