Serves 6
Salad Ingredients
3 Heads of Bibb Lettuce
2 1/2 cups Dressing
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
6 each Parmesan crisps
1 T Chopped Chives
1 T Picked Thyme
1 T Parsley Leaves
Dressing
· 1 cup mayonnaise
· ½ cup sour cream
· ½ cup butter milk
· ½ cup Parmesan, shredded
· 1 tsp garlic, crushed
· ½ Juice of lemon
· ¼ tsp paprika
· ¼ tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Parmesan Crisp
· 2 cup Parmesan
· ½ tsp Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Scoop out onto silt pad and smooth out in rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
