    FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD
    (Yield: 8 Servings)

    1 (16 ounce) can whole berry 1 teaspoon orange juice
    cranberry sauce 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed
    pineapple, drained

    Combine ingredients in a bowl; stir until blended. Pour mixture into 12 paper lined muffin cups. Freeze. Remove 15 minutes before serving and peel paper away. Place salads on lettuce.

    Variation: Pour mixture into a 8½ x 4½-inch loaf pan; cover; freeze until firm. Cut into 1 inch slices and serve on lettuce leaves.
