FRUTTI di MARE
(Fruit of the Sea)
4 Sea Scallops
8 Shrimp (21-25)
8 oz Lobster Claw Meat
8 oz Jumbo Lump Crab
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
½ Shallot (Minced)
½ Leek (Minced White part only)
1 Cup Marinara
½ Cup White Wine (Not Sweet)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Shaved Parmesan
Fettuccini Noodles (Cooked and Drained Well)
Heat Olive Oil in Saute Pan on High until Pan is hot. Sear Scallops until Golden Brown and Flip. Reduce heat to Medium. Add Leek, Shallot and Garlic and Sweat until Translucent. Deglaze with White Wine. Add Remaining Seafood. Cook until Shrimp is Pink. Add Marinara and Salt/Pepper. Heat Thoroughly.
Toss with Fettuccini and Top with Shaved Parmesan.
