Healthy Mexican Salad
4 cups chopped romaine
2 chopped tomatoes
1/4 c drained black beans
1/4 cup corn
4 oz chicken, fish or steak (grilled with spicy herbs and kept warm is best)
1/4 avocado
Recipe
Combine ingredients.
Toss with Spicy Ranch.
Spicy Ranch: Your favorite low fat Ranch dressing (Hidden Valley is best). Add any hot sauce to the dressing.
