    Mexican Pasta Salad

    1/2 cup dry macaroni
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained (1/2 cup)
    1/2 cup diced green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 small tomato, diced

    Dressing

    1/2 cup salsa
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    Mix dressing ingredients and set aside. In small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add macaroni, reduce heat and boil gently until macaroni is tender (5-7 minutes). Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water until macaroni is cooled. Stir macaroni and remaining ingredients into dressing. Refrigerate.
