Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1 can shrimp, drained
¾ cup diced raw cauliflower
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons black olives, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
½ onion, grated
3 tablespoons chopped pimento
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
Mix well and let sit one hour before serving.
