    Strawberry Cream Layered Salad

    3 oz strawberry Jell-O ( I use 1 small pkg. sugar free Jell-O)
    1/2 cup boiling water
    10 oz frozen strawberries, thawed
    8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Blend in strawberries with juice,
    pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half in 8* square pan, cover and chill
    until firm. Cover remaining mix and let stand at room temperature.
    Spread firm Jell-O with sour cream. Spread remaining Jell-O mix on top
    Cover and chill until firm ( at least 4 hours, preferably overnight).
    Serves 6
