Strawberry Salad

Servings: 8

4 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
4 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoon mint, chopped, fresh
2 pound strawberries, fresh, hulled, quartered
8 kiwis, peeled, halved, sliced


Recipe



Stir lime juice, honey and mint in large bowl until well blended. Add strawberries and kiwis; toss gently to combine. Chill 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
