talian Pasta Salad
1/2 lb. cooked whole wheat pasta
3 tbls. The Delicious Dietitian White Muscadine Wine Vinegar
3 tbls. olive oil
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced yellow pepper
1 cup artichoke hearts
1 cup reduced fat feta cheese
Mix all ingredients well until coated evenly and serve. Add steamed shrimp or grilled chicken for a heavier dish.
