Blackened Grouper Sandwich
8oz. grouper filet
Chef Paul‘s Blackening seasoning
1 ea. Green leaf Lettuce
1 slice ea. Tomato
2 slice Red onion
1 ea. Pickle spear
1 Hamburger bun (your choice)
20z. Sweet chili sauce (Mae ploy brand)
2 tblsp butter
Melt butter in skillet on med-high heat
Coat grouper filet with blackening seasoning, then cook in pan until thoroughly cooked about 3 min. each side.
Toast bun if you prefer.
Once fish is done, cut on a bias and put on bottom half of bun
Pour sweet chili sauce over the top of the fish; place lettuce, tomato, and onion and top bun. And cut sandwich in half.
Serve with your choice of side.
