Chicken Teriyaki Sandwiches
2 to 4 bone-less/skin-less chicken breasts
1 medium onion chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 to 4 sub rolls
Sliced Swiss cheese
Teriyaki Sauce
Butter

In a large pan butter and grill buns if desired
Sautee onions and mushrooms in butter and set aside
Cook Chicken breasts through and chop into bite size pieces, keeping each breast together.
Add desired amount of mushrooms and onions to each breast and pour on 1-2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, allow to cook in for a minute and scoop into rolls, top with swiss cheese.
*Chicken Philly Alternative:
Alternatively make into chicken philly by adding green pepper to veggies, skipping teriyaki sauce and using provolone instead of swiss if desired.
