Jumbo City Melt
* Eye of the round roast
* Bar-b-que sauce
* Shredded cheddar/jack cheese
* Red onion
* Hamburger buns
Instructions
* Cook the eye of the round for an hour and a half or until the temperature reaches 145 degrees (you are cooking it to rare)
* Close to the end of the meat cooking, sauté the red onion (sliced not chopped)
* Take the eye of the round and slice as thin as possible
* Warm the buns or toast them
* Build the sandwich
* Meat
Onions
Sprinkle cheese
* Put the sandwich in the oven to melt cheese
* Take out the sandwich and add b-b-q sauce
