    Roast Beef Open-Faced Sandwiches

    Marinade
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp paprika

    Sandwich:
    1 lb sliced cooked deli roast beef
    4 slices rye bread, toasted
    4 slices tomato

    Combine barbecue marinade with roast beef and marinate for 1 hour.
    Drain marinade from roast beef and divide beef equally among slices
    of rye bread. Top with tomato slices and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
