    * smoked sausage in big links
    * 3 cheese blend
    * (shredded jack ,cheddar and pepper jack)
    * large Bun
    * BBQ sauce
    * sauteed onions and pepper optional

    cut sausage in 1/2 or leave whole keep casing on sausage
    deep fry in a fry daddy or in oil in a pan on stove top
    it need to cook in fry oil for about 1 1/2 minutes
    after cooking blott excess oil and let rest for 1 or 2 minutes then cut in half
    sprinkle cheese melt in oven
    add onions and peppers
