TENDERLOIN SLIDERS

3 Mini Rolls
3 -2 oz Tenderloin
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
As Needed Canola Oil
2 TABLESPOONS Slider Butter
As Needed Fresh Chopped Parsley
TO COOK
1. Place mini rolls on a cutting board and cut evenly in half vertically
Place in sauté pan to brown..
2. When buns are brown, remove and set aside.
3. season both sides of 2 oz tenderloin. Place the three pieces
In sauté pan and cook on both sides. Cook to Desired tempurature
TO PLATE
1.Place bottom parts of the three mini rolls on a plate
Remove the tenderloin from the pan. Place the cooked tenderloin pieces on top of each roll.
2. Top each tenderloin roll with Slider butter
3. Place the top of the mini roll on top to make a sandwich. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
4. Serve immediately.
SLIDER BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
1/2Pounds Butter
1 Ounce Chopped Garlic
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
3/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 TeaspoonSalt
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
PROCESS
Place the butter out and soften at room temperature
Add all ingredients and whip together until soft
