Tarragon Chicken Burgers
1 pound ground chicken
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon dairy sour cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 sandwich buns
Recipe
Heat grill. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except buns; mix gently (mixture is moist). Shape into 4 patties.
When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack. Place patties on gas grill over medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 9 to 13 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Serve on sandwich buns.
