Creole Sauce
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped pepper
1/3 c. onion
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. saltRecipe
Melt butter in saucepan and add pepper and onion. Cook until tender, but not brown and add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat about 30 minutes or until thickened. Great over stuffed peppers.
