Dijon Peppercorn Sauce

Recipe:
1 tsp. Shallot (minced)
1 tsp. Green Peppercorns (minced)
½ cup White wine
2½ cups Heavy Cream
½ cube beef broth
1½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. fresh Garlic
Black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions;
· Mince Shallots & peppercorns and place in saucepan briefly, deglazed in white wine.
· Add heavy cream reduce until thick (stir constantly) add beef base, Dijon mustard, garlic and pepper. Stir over heat until all ingredients are mixed well. (Serve warm)
