Recipe for "BIG Fish" Style
This is Our Signature fish preparation!!
Ingredients:
6-8oz of your favorite fish
1cup of Jasmine Rice
3cups of Fresh Spinach
1tblspn of fresh chopped ginger
1tblspn of fresh chopped green onions
½ cup of Chicken Broth
2cups of hot water
1/8 cup of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/8 cup of cream sherry
½ cup of sugar
1tblspn of minced garlic
olive oil
dash of salt & pepper
Cooking instructions:
(For Rice) Wash rice until water is clear. Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice to rice cooker. Allow to cook.
(For Sherry Soy) Combine sugar, sherry, and soy sauce to hot water. Mix thoroughly!
(For Fish) Heat Sauté Pan on med-high. Add olive oil. Bring to sizzle. Add a dash of salt and pepper to both sides of fish and add to sauté pan. Cook thoroughly on both sides.
(For Spinach) Heat sauté pan on high. Add a splash of olive oil, garlic and chicken broth. Bring to light sizzle. Add spinach. Allow to soften by mixing.
Serving: Use a large plate with a deep bottom. Add 1 scoop of rice. Place drained spinach next to rice. Top with fish then with ginger and scallions. Pour sherry soy mix in bottom of plate. Enjoy this refreshing dinner!
