Heavenly Cranberry Sauce
2 pounds fresh cranberries
2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 cups sugar
2 lemons, grated whole after de-seeding
2 cups orange marmalade
Wash and drain cranberries. Put in shallow 2 quart baking dish. Top with layer of nuts, next sugar, then juice and grated rind of lemons, and next the marmalade. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
