    Honey Mustard Sauce and Dip

    2 Tbs. light margarine
    1 Tbs. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
    1/4 cup vinegar
    3 Tbs. mustard

    Recipe



    Melt margarine in small saucepan; remove from heat. Add cornstarch and
    turmeric; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil
    over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Makes about 1 cup.

    Use as a basting sauce for grilled, baked, broiled, or microwaved seafood.
    Or serve as a sauce or dip for fish, turkey, ham, turkey sausage, fish or
    chicken nuggets, or poached meats.
