Spicy Green Curry

Sauce:
16 oz. coconut milk
2 Tbsp. green Curry
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
Sauté:
4 cups stir fry vegetables
16 oz. chicken
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
pinch red crushed peppers
¼ tsp. salt
¼ cup water
Sauté:
dice up chicken as desired and sent to the side.
heat up skillet or sauté pan add oil then add chicken and a pinch of salt when chicken is cooked add veggies to the mix and sauté add a pinch of salt and garlic and then the water to steam the veggies when thoroughly heated then add the curry sauce and let simmer while stirring together.
Then serve over basmati or your choice of rice.
