Cheesy New Potatoes with Bacon

List of Ingredients
12 medium-size new potatoes
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Recipe
Wash potatoes thoroughly, do not peel. Place potatoes in a small
Dutch Oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and
cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and cool slightly. Cut
into 1/4 inch slices. Layer half of all ingredients in order listed above
in a greased 2 Qt casserole. Repeat layers. Bake at 400° for
15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Yields 6-8 servings.
