List of Ingredients
4 cups Pinto beans (canned)
12 ounces Beer
3 cups Water
1 small Onion, diced
2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
3/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
4 1/2 ounces Mild green chilies
2 teaspoons Cumin
1/4 cup Barbeque sauce
Hot sauce (optional)
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a large soup pot. Place on low heat and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours (or until the onions are soft). Serve warm with hot sauce.
