    Easy Blaine House Maine Potato Bake


    4 cups Maine potatoes, diced
    16 ounces sour cream
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes for five minutes and drain.
    Combine all ingredients and place them in a 9" x 13" pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
    Garnish with scallions.

    Serves 8.
