    PASTA SIDE DISH

    1/2 lb. shells (rigatoni or
    other pasta)
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 c. sour cream
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Prepare pasta as directed; 3 minutes before done, add
    frozen peas. Cook 3 minutes more after boiling is resumed.
    Drain; return to pot. Stir in sour cream. Add Parmesan cheese
    and pepper. Serve warm or chilled.
