    Crab & Corn Bisque

    2 quarts heavy cream
    1 yellow onion
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 tsp bacon grease
    1 tbs garlic
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 tbs thyme
    3 cups corn
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 lb butter
    1/2 cup flour

    Saute vegetables and garlic in bacon grease until tender. Add crab and spices along with cream. Reduce heat. In another pan, melt butter and add flour. Stir and then add to liquid until it thickens
