Crawfish Chowder

½ Stick of Butter
¼ Cup of Flour
1 Large can of Evaporated Milk
2/3 Cups of Water
½ Teaspoon of Salt
1 tbls of Creole Seasoning
¼ Teaspoon of Pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 Can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can of Cream Style Corn
1 # Crawfish Tails
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add Flour and wisk to getting out all the lumps. Add Milk, Water, and the seasonings. Continue to stir until the mixture thickens. Add both cans of corn and continue to stir, being careful not to scorch the mixture. Bring to a boil and then add the crawfish and continue to stir until the crawfish are cooked. This should take about 10 minutes.
