Cupboard Soup
1 can (14.5 ounces) unsalted diced tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) low-sodium tomato sauce
4 cups hot water
1 can (16 ounces) pork and beans
2 cups frozen or canned (unsalted) vegetables (or leftover vegetables)
1/2 cup spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
Pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in large pan. Mix well.
Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
Serve hot.
Makes 8 servings.
