    Fantastic Broccoli Cheese Soup

    1 cup water

    1 Chicken Bouillon cube

    1 10 ounce frozen Broccoli

    1 medium carrot, grated

    2 Tablespoon Butter

    3 Tablespoon Flour

    2 Cups Milk

    Recipe



    1 pound processed American Cheese, cubed (I buy the slices without the plastic and

    then cube the slices.)

    1 can Cream of Chicken soup

    1 Tablespoon Minced Onion

    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    Cook the first 4 ingredients together in a medium sauce pan, until broccoli is tender.

    Remove from heat and set aside, don't drain!

    In a separate large sauce pan, melt the butter and add flour making a paste. Then add

    milk and wisk until smooth. Add Cream of Chicken soup, onion, Worcestershire

    sauce, and cheese. Once cheese is completely melted, add the broccoli mixture to the

    white sauce. Cook for about 30 minutes on a low heat. Serve immediately or

    refrigerate and serve later. Taste great reheated! If you plan to serve more You might
