List of Ingredients
1 12 oz. bottle clam broth \
2 diced potatos
2 diced celery stalks
1 diced onion
1 lb. white fish fillets,chopped
1 t. basil
1 T. parsley
1 t. celery salt
1/4 t. pepper
Recipe
1. In a heavy dutch oven simmer the following:
2. When vegetables are tender,season with:
3. In another pan melt 1/4 c. butter,stir in a 1/4 c. flour and cook over low heat for 5 min.,stirring constantly.
4. Stir flour and butter mix into vegetable mix and simmer until thickened.
5. Add 1 c. milk and 1 c. light cream.
6. Simmer another 10 min.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
