1 cup chopped, peeled and seeded tomatoes
½ cup finely chopped green pepper
½ cup finely chopped cucumbers
½ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped yellow onion
2 sprigs minced watercress
2 teaspoons parsley
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons white tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
4 cups seasoned vegetable juice
pinch mace
Recipe
Mix together and chill 1-2 days. Serves 6.
