List of Ingredients
1 can chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed (15 -151/2 oz.)
1 can green chiles (4.5 oz.)
2 cups shredded cheese (taco flavored if you can find it)
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 c. tortilla or corn chips (broken )
Recipe
In large saucepan, combine broth, milk and flour; blend well. Cook and
stir
over medium h+eat until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in beans, chiles, cheese and cilantro. Cook 5 minutes or until
thoroughly heated and cheese is melted, stirring constantly. To serve,
ladle soup into bowls; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
