One Pot Beef and Salsa Soup

-1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
-2 cans (14.5-oz.) beef broth
-1 can (14.5-oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
-1 1/2 cups chunky salsa (medium)
-1 can (7-oz.) diced green chiles
-1 cup small dry shell pasta
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-3 cloves garlic, chopped
-2 teaspoons chili powder
-1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine beef, broth, tomatoes with juice, salsa, chiles, pasta, onion, garlic, and chili powder in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 12 to 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with cheese. (Serves 8)
