Shrimp Bisque

20 oz. milk
1 cup of diced onions
1 cup of diced bell pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp chicken base
4 oz butter
1 small can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of cream of celery soup
1 ½ lbs shrimp
2 tsp of corn starch
Combine onion, bell pepper and butter in sauce pot. Sauté vegetables until the onions are translucent.
Add both cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups. Then add the mild and wish all ingredients together.
Add seasonings, white pepper, hot sauce, salt and chicken base. Bring contents of pot to a simmer
Add shrimp to mixture and let cook just until shrimp are cooked completely. Dissolve corn starch in ½ cup water and add to Bisque to thicken.
