    Preparation time: 15 minutes

    Cooking time: about 35 minutes

    2 teaspoons canola oil

    1 pound ground turkey breast

    1 large chopped onion

    1 chopped green bell pepper

    2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon each cumin, garlic powder and black pepper

    1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes

1 (15-ounce) can rinsed and drained pinto beans

    1 cup frozen corn

    1 small chopped red onion

Heat oil in a large pot on medium. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add onion and cook 6 minutes or until softened.
