    Guava Jelly
    Ingredients:

    * 1 can (12 ounces) Hawaii's Own Guava Raspberry frozen juice, undiluted
    * 2 cups sugar
    * 1 small lime or lemon, squeezed juice
    * 1 package powdered pectin

    Method:

    In a medium saucepan, combine juice with the sugar. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Simmer until it reaches a syrupy consistency, about 5 minutes.

    Add lime/lemon juice to the mixture and bring to a boil for 1 additional minute.

    Stir in the pectin and bring back to boil for 1 full minute, stirring vigorously.

    Pour into prepared jars. Allow to cool, then cover tightly. Refrigerate. Good for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
