List of Ingredients
1 cup crabmeat
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese at room temperature
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Provolone cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
Paprika
Strings of licorice (or thin pretzel sticks)
Recipe
Place all ingredients, except paprika and licorice strings, in a food
processor work bowl or a large bowl of electric mixer. Process until well
combined.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours for ease in shaping and
to allow flavors to blend.
Shape into a football and sprinkle with paprika. Use licorice strings or
pretzel sticks (horizontally and vertically) to make the football's
"stitching."
Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes before serving with assorted
crackers.
