Game Day Fiesta Dip
1 - 16oz. jar of Salsa
2 - 8oz. packages of Cream Cheese
Iceberg Lettuce
1 Tomato
Scallions
3 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can large Black Olives (pitted)
Recipe
Combine Salsa and cream cheese in a bowl, mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Chop lettuce and lay on top of Salsa mixture, pat down with your hand. Dice tomato and place on top of lettuce. pat down with your hand. Chop some scallions (as much or as little as you like) and place on top of tomato, pat down with your hand. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of all and again, pat down with your hand. Slice olives and place on top of cheese. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for best results, 12 hours.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
