Linda Evans' Chili Cheese Tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
3 tomatoes, peeled (drop in boiling water for 1 minute and slice thick)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Combine sour cream, salt, pepper, flour, onions, and chilies. Place tomato slices on a cookie sheet. Cover them with sour cream mixture and then cheese.
Broil 4" from heat for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
