Pad Gra Pow Tofu

* 3-5 slices Green Bell Peppers
* 3-5 slices Red Bell Peppers
* 3-5 slices Zucchini
* 3-5 slices Baby Corn
* Yellow Onion
* Thai Basil Fresh
* 6 oz. Fries or fresh Tofu
* ½ Tbsp. Garlic
* t tsp. Thai Chili Fresh Ground
* 1½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
* ½ Tbsp. Sugar
* 3 Tbsp. Oil
Heat oil in wok, allow to warm up. Add garlic and thai chili, stir until brown. Add tofu and vegetables stir well. Add soy sauce and sugar mix everything very well. Add onion and thai basil at the end stir lightly. Serve on plate with Jasmine rice.
