1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor sprinkles
1 Tbs. Italian seasonings
1 Tbs. olive oil
6 fillets orange roughy
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Molly McButter® sprinkles and Italian seasonings in a bowl. Brush fillets with olive oil and then coat evenly with seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
