Weight Watcher Points - 3 Points
1 cup long grain white rice
1/4 cup reduced calorie margarine
1 can onion soup plus 1 can water
1 can (4 ounces) chopped mushrooms
Recipe
Light brown rice in margarine. Add soup, water and mushrooms. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until liquid is gone. Flugg and serve. For less sodium, use fresh mushrooms instead of canned.
